If you can't use your PIN for the MYVUSE app, there may be several causes of the problem.
You've entered an incorrect PIN
If the PIN entered is incorrect, the MYVUSE app can't start after reinstallation.
Solution: Use the “Forgot PIN” function to create a new PIN using the secret answer to the secret question. Once you created a new PIN, all your information is recovered. If you forgot both PIN and secret answer, you can still create a new PIN but all your previous preferences and data are lost.
