Before we get started, note that the products available to you are subject to the availability in the province in which you reside. Additionally, no limited edition products can be added to subscriptions, however they can be ordered separately.
How to makes changes to your subscription:
1) Log in your vuse.com account.
2) Once logged in, tap on the account section on the top-right on the screen and select “My Subscription”.
3) A pods catalogue will appear where you can change the products and/or quantities in your subscription.
4) Click on the button located under each pod to change the products in your subscription:
5) To adjust the quantity, click on the + or – on each side of the number. Click “Add” to confirm your choice.
6) Once you’ve made all changes to your subscription, click “Submit updates” under ORDER SUMMARY and you’re done! Note that it can take up to 24 hours to update your subscription in our system.
